What we do
We specialise in advocating for our Clients through the insurance claims process. As part of our services, we will:

clearly explain to you what is covered by your policy including uncovering any terms that could benefit you, but may not be as evident or visible at first;

Declan Robinson, Managing Director
Declan is an experienced adjuster specialising in preparing claims and advocating for complex claims across the full range of insurance classes.
With a mixture of engineering, legal and loss adjusting qualifications, Declan’s background is based on handling claims where there are complex issues and guiding the claims through to beneficial resolutions.
The combination of engineering and legal experience allows Declan to quickly cut to the quik of the claim whilst considering outcomes from both technical and legal perspectives. This has allowed Declan to work on claims across a wide range of industries from small and large construction through to everyday home, contents and motor vehicles.
Declan thrives on resolving complex claims through the application of engineering and legal expertise in order to bring matters to an expeditious and beneficial conclusion so that insured entities can obtain what they are entitled to under an insurance policy.
